FREE ONLINE COURSE for child and youth welfare professionals to implement the UN Guidelines on Alternative Care for Children

The General Secretariat of the International Social Service has teamed up with other international organizations to develop a free online course to convey to child and youth welfare professionals how the UN Guidelines for the Alternative Care of Children can be implemented. The 6-week interactive course starts on the 19th of February 2018. Registration is possible until mid-February. Participation in this training will give you a better understanding of the practical implementation of these concepts and guidelines for alternative care for thousands of children living without their parents. The course is offered in English, French and Spanish. 

The first online-course had more than 5000 participants.
